Mission Statement
Jesse Carter’s goal isn’t about himself; it is also about the working people in the area he calls home, the Tri-Cities of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia.
Jesse collaborates with people who work to achieve goals that some people thought impossible. This last summer, Jesse and his CartRay Productions crew finished their first feature film in the area. The Branded: Initiation, which premiered in theaters in August 2018, is the first of many films on tab to be produced in the area and Jesse Carter's production team will be tasked in producing the majority of them.
What separates Jesse and his team from many independent filmmaking companies in Virginia, is their willingness to work with people who get the job done while getting together for, at times, over 50-60 hours a week. Our special effects artist and production supervisor, Alecia Hickman and Cody Powers, are two of Jesse Carter’s go-to people in this area when projects need to be completed.
As of 2015, Jesse is trying to make a full-fledged production company for the working class in Weber City, while pursuing his own dreams and interests. The company has also teamed up with Teespring for its clothing line and official merchandise.
